SEQRA SMOKE & MIRRORS

Under General Municipal Law a Section 51 Waste Suit was filed against Orange County to prevent destruction of the Orange County Paul Rudolph Government Center a National Architectural, Cultural and Historic Treasure and to save taxpayers over $35,000,000 in construction costs inflated by Clark Paterson & Lee through collusion, bid rigging, price fixing and bribery.

The case history you will read on this page is an example of inter-agency conspiracy and collusion to achieve a political goal at the expense of taxpayers and in opposition to the will of the people.

LAWSUITS TO SAVE THE
PAUL RUDOLPH ORANGE COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER

While at present, we are no longer involved in this matter, the project is well over three months behind schedule. There is no firm date on which construction will commence, and Division 3 which was to be renovated for the Office of Court Administration [OCA] remains what appears to be a bombed-out structure like those in the all too familiar war-zone photographs we routinely see.

The threat by [OCA] to slap sanctions on Orange County if they chose the Kaufman Plan seems to have been a ploy to justify the destruction of the landmark Rudolph structure. At this point in time, it seems that there was colusion between OCA, the DEC, Orange County and Clark Paterson & Lee for the sole purpose of the destruction of the internationally noted landmark Paul Rudolph Orange County Government Center.

ORDER & DECISION

APPEAL RESPONSE TO OC

< On June 18th a notice was received of Judge Cahill's ORDER & DECISION.

On, June 23, 2015, on notice to County respondents, we presented an Order to Show Cause to the Appellate Division, seeking to enjoin the proposed demolition of the Orange County Government Center in Goshen, New York.

The law secretary advised us that the Court would expedite the return date on our motion, causing respondents to respond by June 26 and providing us no time for reply.

In light of the misrepresentations which characterize the respondents' papers, I feel constrained to write this letter and request leave that it be provided to the members of the Motion panel for their consideration. [Above, right: APPEAL RESPONSE TO OC]
